Brandwatch Reviews has three main sections that can you can navigate between using the menu bar on the left-hand side of the platform:
Data: Enables you to add URLs either individually or by leveraging Add Search. View data alerts and organize your data into products, brands, categories, or tags, and connect your reviews to Brandwatch Consumer Research.
Dashboards: Create dashboards from a range of templates to visualize and analyze reviews data and save your dashboard configurations.
Tools: Create and manage entity maps.
At any time, you can visit the Brandwatch Reviews help center by clicking Help and Support under the main navigation sidebar.
